Imported and domestically raised venison, rabbit and game birds (from D’Artagnan), buffalo burgers, steaks and other bison products (from North Fork Bison Ranch), locally raised foie gras and magret (from Hudson Valley Foie Gras), and even shoulder of wild boar have become part of how our slightly wilder customers are treating themselves.

This is a category wildly subject to availability and seasonality, so please call ahead to make sure we have, or can get, what you’re looking for.  No request is too “wild”.
