One of the most challenging and satisfying aspects of our business is meeting your holiday needs. For Thanksgiving we have to park a refrigerated truck outside the shop to hold your orders. (We routinely sell over 1,000 turkeys for that holiday alone!) Customers often feel more like they’re trying to fit into a car on the #2 train than a butcher shop.

We understand that your holiday meal may be the most important meal you cook all year. We strive to do our best to get you what you want and help you prepare it. From those November gobblers to Christmas geese, bone-in hams for Easter to Rosh Hashanah brisket, 10 pounds of juicy burgers for July 4th weekend to legs of lamb for almost any holiday… we’ll prep it to your specs, provide you with cooking directions, even get you a quart or two of home-made stock.
