Nobody loves meat like a lover of lamb, and we always keep an extensive stock in house for them. (Does that include you?)

Celebrated, naturally-raised, always remarkable Colorado Lamb, supplied to us exclusively by B. Rosen & Sons at the Hunt’s Point Market, and the classically gamy, surprisingly economical Australian and New Zealand Lamb from the pioneer importers, Lamb Unlimited. We French-cut whole racks (and wrap them into a picturesque crown roast, if you’d like), bone and butterfly legs, we have shanks, chops of every variety (you should see the size of the eye on our loin chops!), even homemade lamb sausages. We can special order whole baby lamb… goats, too! Just call us for what you need.

Whatever you need to take care of that hearty hunger, we usually have it on hand.
