We sell over 100 chickens every day, and we’re plenty fussy about the poultry we keep. Most of our chickens are delivered whole and prepared to your order. All hens are USDA Grade A, the most wholesome available.

We feature Bell & Evans chickens, the industry standard for flavor and purity, sold in many of the natural food markets around the country. Additionally, we always have Certified Organic chickens from D’Artagnan and other organic and free-range farmers.

We always have fresh turkeys and turkey breast, can get certified kosher turkey with a day’s notice, and wild turkeys when in season. Fresh, never-frozen, locally-raised ducks are always available, as are Cornish game hens and poussin. Fresh geese are available all-year-round (not just for the holidays!) And, there are usually a good variety of game birds on hand, such as squab, quail and pheasant. And if we don’t have it, again, we can usually get it for you with a day or two’s notice.
